Order to Adopt a Resolution authorizing and directing the issuance and sale by the Rural Water Financing Agency of its Public Projects Revenue Bonds (Flexible Term Program), Series 2025, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $3,900,000, in one or more federally taxable or tax-exempt series, to provide funds for a loan to the municipality, evidenced by the Promissory Note, Series 2025 (Flexible Term Program), in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $3,900,000, for the purpose of financing certain urban renewal projects in certain urban renewal areas within the municipality, as described herein; authorizing and approving the forms of and the execution and delivery of an Assistance Agreement and the Promissory Note; Authorizing the execution and delivery, as required, of an Indenture of Trust, a Preliminary Official Statement, a Final Official Statement, a Bond Purchase Agreement, and certain other documents in connection with the Program Bonds; Authorizing and directing the distribution of the Preliminary Official Statement and the Preparation and Distribution of a Final Official Statement in connection with the Program Bonds; Authorizing Bond insurance and Bond Ratings, and authorizing Covenants and actions with respect thereto; Paying the related costs of the Authorization, Issuance, Execution, Sale, Validation, and delivery of the Promissory Note and the Program Bonds; Authorizing taking further actions related to the Program Bonds and Promissory Note; and for related purposes.
