Order to authorize and approve the Memorandum of Understanding to memorialize an agreement to obligate the Municipality’s ARPA State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (“Funds”) on the Grandview Heights Sewer Rehabilitation Project (37), for those purposes set forth in the Subaward Agreement between the City of Pearl and the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, and to authorize Mayor Windham and Alderman Stovall to execute the same.
