Order to adopt a Resolution to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Mississippi Transportation Commission and the City of Pearl to address the need for improvements and modifications to traffic signals along the State Highway System within the City limits, and to enhance safety and reliability through an active traffic management program as a part of the “Active Traffic Signal Operations in Metro Jackson (MACTS Ops) project.
