Order to authorize and approve Amendments 1 & 2 of the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Pearl and Pickering Firm, Inc. on the MCWI Sewer projects: Grandview, SE Sewer-Airport Road, and Citywide Sewer Rehabilitation in order to comply with the US Treasury’s 2 CFR Part 200, specifically the Byrd-Anti-Lobbying Amendment, and a General Provision on Contract Termination, and to authorize Mayor Windham to execute the same.
