- Motion to Adopt and Approve the Development Agreement with HealthOne IM, LLC for its healthcare complex project and the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Picayune relating to the Highland Parkway and Frontage Road Tax Increment Financing Plan, previously adopted by both the City of Picayune and Pearl River County, and authorize the President and Chancery Clerk to execute the agreements.
- Motion to authorize the Board President and County Attorney to sign the following Agreements with the Mississippi Transportation Commission:<ol><li>Airport Federal Matching Grant Agreement Project No. AIP-3-28-0096-020-2025</li><li>Multi-Modal Funding Agreement Project No. MM-0096-0126
- Motion to award the contract to Avaya Cloud Office by Ring Central for the new phone system for Pearl River County as the lowest and best proposal received. All proposals were reviewed and evaluated by the IT department.
