- Motion to approve and execute the grant agreement with the Mississippi Development Authority for the Site Development Grant for the Pearl River County Technology Park.
- Motion to approve and authorize signing of the contract extension agreement between Pearl River County and AAA Ambulance Service, and all rights and responsibilities thereunder, be and are hereby extended for an additional term of three (3) years such that the new expiration date shall be July 23, 2029.
- Motion to approve and authorize the Board President to sign the insurance renewal policy with MASIT for Pearl River County for the period from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. This policy with MASIT covers the County property as well as liability
- Motion to execute the attached Agreed Order of Forfeiture and Release regarding US Currency seized from Willie Tyrone Fair as follows. <br>Seized $17,040.00<br>Forfeits $8,520.00 to Pearl River County Sheriff's Office<br>Issue a check for $8,520.00 and mail to the address below as agreed by the attached contract for attorney fees:<br>Matthew Sherman <br>Sullivan, Sullivan and Sherman, PLLC<br>424 Sawmill Road <br>Laurel, MS 39440
