- Motion to acknowledge the 2025-RFA-306 HB 19-34 Pearl River County Board of Supervisors Modification subgrant agreement between MSDH and Pearl River County Board of Supervisors. This agreement is funded by HB 19. The total amount for the VOCA subgrant is $64,000.00, effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
- Motion to approve the purchase of an additional server for $9,072.07 under Grant number 23CS055 (SLCGP through Homeland Security) through CDW-G as the lowest and best quote from the two attached.
- President called meeting back into order at 1:00 p.m.
- Motion to approve updates to the road paving list and paving order of completion and acknowledge the monthly paving report for April 2026.
