2. Motion to authorize the signing of the CloudGavel agreement to provide license for electronic warrants to Pearl River County and all required Court users.

6. Motion to acknowledge Order Establishing Court Terms for 2027 dated March 28, 2026.

8. Motion to accept and award to Holliday Construction for the best and lowest quote to repair the single span bridges on Burgetown Rd. and Caesar Rd.
9. Motion to authorize and e-sign all required sections for the Sheriff's Department's application for the DOJ Bureau of Justice Assistance FY25 Rural Law Enforcement Violent Crime Reduction Initiative Grant. This grant initiative will focus on obtaining crucial technology and software required to combat the growing number of cases of crimes against children, as well as essential patrol equipment. The award ceiling is $400,000.00. This is an electronic application, and no match is required.
