2. Motion to acknowledge pricing quote from Hunts Refining Company to purchase CRS-2, CRS-2P, and CSS-1 through December 31, 2026 at or below State Contract price.
3. Motion to authorize moving CivicEye to cloud-based service and approve the Board President to sign the hosting agreement and issue payment.
4. Motion to approve the purchase of three 2026 Ford Explorers for patrol from Mac Haik Ford as the best and lowest quote with payment out of the Drug Forfeiture Fund.
5. Motion to authorize the issuance of a purchase order in the amount of $18,142.92 to DANA Safety Supply Inc. as the lowest and best quote to update emergency and scene lighting for the North Pearl River County Fire/Rescue’s rescue truck. 6. Motion to authorize the issuance of a purchase order in the amount of $14,780.00 to MTECH Inc. as the lowest and best quote for a QTAC UTV firefighting skid unit for Fire District 12 (South East VFD) The following quotes are attached:<br>Mtech Inc. $14,780.00 US Fire Apparatus $18,985.00
7. Motion to approve updates to the road paving list and paving order of completion and acknowledge the monthly paving report for June 2026.
8. Motion to enter executive session to discuss matters covered under 25-41-7 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, items covered under Section 4(a) Transaction of business of personnel matters relating to the job performance, character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of a person holding a specific position; 4(b) Strategy sessions or negotiations with respect to prospective litigation, litigation or issuance of an appealable order when an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body; 4(j) Transaction of business and discussions or negotiations regarding the location, relocation or expansion of a business or an industry.
9. Motion to accept bids to complete the single span bridge repair on Ben Byrd Road and award to Ellis Dozer Service, LLC for the best and lowest quote in the amount $72,400.00.
