3. Accept proposal from Artisan Pyrotechnics Inc. for July 3, 2025, Independence Day Celebration for $16,200.00
4. Authorize the Mayor to execute the 2025 Cruisin’ the Coast Venue Proposal and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the event scheduled for October 9–11, 2025<br>
