1. Approve the Facility Use Agreement with the Mississippi Gulf Coast YMCA for the use of Gay Lemon Football Field for adult flag football on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., September 13 through December 13, 2026
2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Blue Ribbon Stage Rules, Regulations and Use Agreement and request a complimentary annual reservation of the Jackson County Blue Ribbon Stage for the New Year’s Ball Drop on December 31, 2026
3. Approve the Facility Use Agreement with Ocean Springs Girls Softball for the use of softball fields 1–4 at the Highway 57 Sports Complex from September 14 through December 1, 2026, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
4. Approve the Facility Use Agreement for the Ocean Springs High School Tennis Team’s use of the Halstead Tennis Courts for tennis tryouts on September 1 and 3, 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and waive the applicable facility-use and participant fees, finding that the activity promotes youth athletics and advertises the recreational resources of the City
5. Approve the Facility Use Agreement with the Ocean Springs Baseball Organization for the use of designated fields at the Highway 57 Sports Complex, Pine Street, Clay Boyd, and Alice Street from September 8 through November 21, 2026, in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit A
6. Approve the Facility Use Agreement with the Ocean Springs School District for the Ocean Springs Cross Country Team’s use of the Highway 57 Sports Complex on September 12 and October 21, 2026, and waive the applicable facility-use and participant fees, finding that the events promote youth athletics and advertise the recreational resources of the City
7. Approve the Facility Use Agreement with P360 Performance/SBG Sox for the use of the Highway 57 Sports Complex from August 15 through November 15, 2026, on Tuesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., subject to field assignments approved by the Parks & Recreation Director
8. Ratify payments issued for ARPA project invoices in order to ensure reimbursement requests submitted by 8/31 deadline
9. Authorize the 17th Annual John R. Blossman Humanitarian Award & Charity Banquet sponsorship of $1,100 at the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino on Thursday, November 12, 2026
