- Authorize Out of State Travel for Employee 2089 to attend the Tank Car Specialist course at the Security and Emergency Response Training Center (SERTC) in Pueblo, Colorado from September 27–October 3, 2026
- Approve the Special Event Permit Application and waive all associated costs for Jackson George Regional Library System to host their Teen Sci Cafe-MS Sound Estuary Program on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the Senior Center; to advertise the resources of the City
- Acknowledgment of Mayoral Veto Action taken on September 3, 2026, vetoing the September 1, 2026, motion to deny final plat approval for Madison Place Phase 2B and return the matter to the Planning Commission, contingent upon Meritage meeting with subdivision residents and the Planning Commission to address outstanding Uniform Development Code compliance items
