Consider adopting a RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL, MISSISSIPPI, AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF PROFESSIONALS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $10,000,000 COMBINED WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS IN ONE OR MORE SERIES OF THE CITY TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING, REPAIRING, AND EXTENDING THE COMBINED WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM OF THE CITY.
