Consider adopting a Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Laurel, Mississippi approving the forms of and authorizing the execution and delivery of an interlocal cooperation agreement and a development and reimbursement agreement in connection with the issuance by the City of its tax increment financing bonds in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000), for the purpose of providing financing for all or a portion of the costs of certain infrastructure improvements in connection with a redevelopment project within the City; and for related purposes.
