Consider adopting a Resolution declaring the intention of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Laurel, Mississippi, to issue tax increment financing bonds to finance the cost of installing and constructing certain improvements for Grandview Drive and related improvements, in accordance with Chapter 45 of Title 21, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, which Grandview Drive Development is a project eligible for tax increment financing according to said act; and that a public hearing be conducted at 9:00 February 20, 2024, in connection with the tax increment financing plan for said project; and for related purposes.
