- Approve Amendment #2 of Agreement between City of Hattiesburg and Neel Schaffer, Inc. for engineering services related to the renovation of Timberton Park originally approved October 3, 2017, and amended February 7, 2023, to amend Exhibit E to reflect the revised FEMA cost curve and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
- Acknowledge receipt of award for an extension for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to fund a sixth year of the program Hattiesburg Behavioral Court Treatment Expansion, in partnership with Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources.
