1. Approve a Renewal Agreement between the City of Hattiesburg and UKG (Kronos) for the workforce employee timekeeping software for a period beginning September 30, 2024, and ending September 29, 2025 and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
2. Approve Amendment No. 1 with the Natural Resources Conservation Service for the Emergency Watershed Protection Program Project No. DSR 28-04-23-5319-314 for bank stabilization along areas of Gordon’s Creek and authorizing the Mayor to execute the same.
3. Ratification of acceptance of award from the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks for the 2024-2025 Youth Participation Initiative Program in the amount of $2,473.31.
