1. Approve the City's purchase of (1) one grave space, located in Section 25, Lot 76, North Half (N 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4), at Highland Cemetery, Minuet Book# 1995-5, Page# 92, in the amount of $175.00 from Orville Glenn Freeman, Authorize manual check for the same.
2. Approve the City's purchase of (1) grave space, located in Section 30, Lot 45, North Half (N 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4), at Highland Cemetery, Minute Book# 2007, Page 1/514 in the amount of $175.00 from Michael Jordan, Authorize manual check for the same.
3. Approve and accept the award of the grant funds from the National Endowment for Arts (NEA) in the amount of $25,000 to support the commission of a mural inside Hattiesburg Public Safety Complex and authorize the Mayor to execute award documents
4. Adopt a Resolution directing the sale and award of a negotiable note, Series 2024 of the City of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, to be dated the date of delivery thereof, in the principal amount of Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000.00), and authorize execution of any and all necessary documents for the same.
5. Acknowledge receipt of proposals received on October 31, 2024, for Qualified Eligible Contractors for Lead Abatement & Renovation and accept the proposal Specialty Abatement as the only proposal received.
