1. <strong><u>Right Down Broadway Master Plan Request- </u></strong>A petition has been filed by the City of Hattiesburg, with the Mayor and Council of the City of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, to adopt an amendment to the “Comprehensive Plan 2008-2028” and to amend the Land Development Code No. 3209, as amended, and to amend the text of the Hattiesburg Form-Based Code, Ordinance No. 3105 as amended, of the City of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This public hearing will review, amend, and propose regulations for the Broadway and West Pine Corridor to be known as the “Right Down Broadway Master Plan.”
