3. Authorize the acceptance of the FY24 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award from the US Department of Justice in the amount of $25,358.
4. Authorize acceptance of a grant award from the Mississippi Office of Homeland Security State and Local Cybersecurity Grant in the amount of $113,000. No match is required.
5. <span style="font-family: ;">Acknowledge receipt of term bids for Lot Clearing/Grass Cutting Services on December 5, 2024 and award bid to Terry’s Backhoe and Tree Service as the contractor for the term of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
6. <p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;" id="isPasted"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Acknowledge receipt of term bids for Demolition Services on December 5, 2024 and award bid to MSP Enterprises as the contractor for the term of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
