Declare and approve a sole source purchase covering rental election equipment and related services for the upcoming municipal election(s), as provided for in MS Code Section 31-7-13(m) (viii), based on information in the attached memorandum; authorize City Clerk to execute, in duplicate, rental agreement with Election Systems and Software,
