1. Approve the Contract for Purchase and Sale of Real Property between Forrest County Industrial Park for Commission and MMC Materials, Inc, effective April 8, 2025.
2. Acknowledge grant award in the amount of $674,638.00 and MOU between the Hattiesburg-Petal-Forrest-Lamar Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Mississippi Outdoor Stewardship Board of Trustees (MOST) to fund the River Avenue Pedestrian Bridge and Leaf River Overlook. The grant and MOU require the Hattiesburg-Petal-Forrest-Lamar Metropolitan Planning Organization to provide a $550,000 match for a total project cost of $1,224,638.
