1. Acknowledge bids received on May 22, 2025, for the 4121B HCAC Renovation 2024 project and accept the bid of Jay-Van Company, LLC as the best bid received and authorize execution of contract upon preparation.
2. Approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Grady Crawford Construction Co. for the MLK Avenue Area Infrastructure Improvements Project to adjust quantities to actuals and increase the contract amount by $63,747.93 for a final contract amount of $4,140,529.43 and authorize the Mayor to execute in multiples; Authorize the final acceptance and closeout of the project; Authorize payment of the final pay application in the amount of $353,437.42
3. Approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Grady Crawford Construction Co. for the Edward Street Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project to adjust quantities to actuals and reduce the contract amount by $211,265.37 for a final contract amount of $1,205,594.63 and authorize the Mayor to execute in multiples; Authorize the final acceptance and closeout of the project; Authorize payment of the final pay application in the amount of $308,746.53.
4. Approve the purchase of property located at PPIN 27462, Parcel # 2-024K-31-006.00 in the amount of $17,500.00 and authorize the Mayor to execute any and all necessary documents at closing. Authorize the issuance of a manual check, including closing costs, for the same.
5. Approve the purchase of property located at PPIN 20013, Parcel # 2-029F-04-111.00 in the amount of $2,567.50 and authorize the Mayor to execute any and all necessary documents at closing. Authorize the issuance of a manual check, including closing costs, for the same.
6. Approve and authorize Substantial Amendment #2 to the 2019 Annual Action Plan to include Housing Rehabilitation and Reconstruction as an eligible activity under CDBG-CV (CARES) funding for the City of Hattiesburg; authorize submission to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
7. Acknowledge receipt of proposals for the City of Hattiesburg's Broadband Installation project received on May 30, 2024; accept the proposal submitted by C Spire and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
