1. Acknowledge Statement of Qualifications received for engineering services for work related to sewer improvements through the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality Revolving Loan Fund Program; accept submittal from Shows, Dearman & Waits, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to execute contract documents upon preparation.
2. Approve Supplemental Agreement No. 4 for the Hall Avenue West Project (Project No. FBLD-8769-00(001) LPA/108639-802000) with R & J Construction, Inc., which increases the contract amount by a total of $70,290.00 and adds one hundred and twenty (120) days to the project and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
3. Adopt an Ordinance to approve a zoning change request from R-1B to B-3 for a property located at 1300 N Main Street (Forrest County, Ward 2). The Planning Commission recommended approval on September 3rd, 2025.
