- Approve Supplemental Agreement No.1 with Walters Construction Company Inc. for the Lincoln Rd Detention Pond Project to account for modified and added items with an increase of $90,504.00 for a contract amount increase to $4,881,948.00; Authorize the Mayor to execute the Supplemental Agreement in triplicate.
- Approve the City's purchase of (4) four grave spaces, located in Section 38, Lot 112, the East Half (E1/2) of the at Highland Cemetery, Minute book# 2019 and page 283, in the amount of $700.00 from Oliver Bryant, Authorize manual check for the same.
- Declare repairs at Hattiesburg Water Plant #1 and Water Well #5 in the amount of $45,335.50 as an emergency purchase due to damages caused by the motor failure that service water well #5 in accordance with MS Code 31-7-13.
- Authorize submission of grant application to Mississippi Forestry Commission for the Trees Across Mississippi grant program for up to $40,000 to purchase and plant trees within the City of Hattiesburg; and authorize the Mayor to execute the same. The grant could require an 80/20 match.
- Acknowledge acceptance of a grant award from the Fiscal Year 2026 Visit Hattiesburg Grant Program, in the amount of $4,250 for Midnight on Front Street event.
- Acknowledge acceptance of a grant award from the Mississippi Office of Homeland Security, in the amount of $75,000 for the Hattiesburg Police Department.
- Acknowledge acceptance of a grant award from the Fiscal Year 2026 Visit Hattiesburg Grant Program, in the amount of $1,250, for the Art Venue Awareness-RSJ Community Arts Center.
