1. Adopt an Ordinance to approve the request for a zoning change from R-1C to R-2 for a property located at 209 Unetta Street (PPIN 21167, Forrest County, Ward 2). The Planning Commission recommended approval on October 1st, 2025.
2. Approve Proposal from Commercial Appraisals, LLC to amend Agreement approved on August 20, 2024 to increase the number of parcels to be appraised for the Edwards Street Pedestrian Improvements Project, Federal Aid Project No. STP-7191-00(002) LPA/109560-701000 and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
