1. Approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Suncoast Infrastructure Inc., for the Fountainbleau Apartments Area & Mississippi Hall Area Sewer Rehabilitation Project, to account for added items increasing the total contract amount to $2,841,695.00; and authorize the Mayor to execute in duplicate.
2. Approve Supplemental Agreement No 1 with Hudson Contracting Inc. for the Citywide Meter Replacement project to decrease the contract amount by $191,310.00 for a total of $7,502,333.00; and authorize the Mayor to execute in duplicate.
3. Approve Supplemental Agreement No 2 with Hudson Contracting Inc. for the Citywide Meter Replacement project to increase the contract amount by $159,350.00 for a total of $7,652,683.00; and authorize the Mayor to execute in duplicate.
4. Approve a Lease Agreement between the City of Hattiesburg and Pitney Bowes, Inc., for a mail machine located in City Hall for a sixty (60) month term beginning December 30, 2025, at a rate of $385.71 a month and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
5. Acknowledge proposals received on October 9, 2025, for the Historic Context Statement and Narrative and accept the proposal of Tennessee Valley Archaeological Research in the amount of $11,490.52
