- Acknowledge receipt of closing documents for the City Hall Renovations project; Approve change order for additional line items at an additional cost of $24,200.00 and Authorize the Mayor to execute same; Authorize publication of Notice of Final Settlement; Authorize payment of final pay application and Authorize final acceptance of the project; Authorize issuance of manual check in payment of final pay estimate to contractor.
- Acknowledge the Request for Qualifications received on January 8, 2026, for Consulting Services for HUD CDBG & HOME 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and the 2026/2027 Annual Action Plan;select the proposal from Karen McCarty; and authorize the mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement.
