1. Approve Change Order #1 with MitchCo Construction Inc. for the Fire Station #2 project with a contract increase of $2,085.00 and authorize the mayor to execute same.
2. Acknowledge receipt of closing documents for the City Wide Water Meter Replacement project; Approve Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Hudson Contracting, Inc. to record the project underrun, reducing the contract amount by $138,949.42 to a final amount of $7,513,733.60 and authorize the Mayor to execute the same. Authorize payment of final pay application.
3. Approve Renewal of Annual Maintenance Agreement with Business Information Systems, Inc., for DCR, (digital recording system) in the Council Chambers at a rate of $1,051.25 and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
