- Declare and approve a sole source purchase of one (1) Lane Shark LS-4 arm for a Kubota Tractor for the Water and Sewer Department in the amount of $6,698.00 as a sole source purchase per section 37-7-1 of MS Code of 1972 as amended.
- Approve the City's purchase of two (2) grave spaces located in the North Half (N1/2) Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) , Lot 4, Section 27, and South Half (S1/2) of Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Highland Cemetery, Minute Book#2006, Page 396-409 in the amount of $350.00, from Richard E or Glenda T. Campbell, authorize manual check for the same.
- Approve the City's purchase of one (1) grave space, located in the North Half (N1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4), Section 38, Lot 87, at Highland Cemetery (Minute Book# 2022-497) in the amount of $175.00 to James Wigley; authorize manual check for the same.
