1. Approve the renewal of the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Hattiesburg and Frye Environmental, LLC for Environmental Review Consulting Services for the Community Development Division's HUD-funded programs, including environmental review and compliance services associated with CDBG, HOME; and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
2. Approve Agreement between the City of Hattiesburg and Express Employment Services; and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
3. Approve Amendment to Agreement between the City of Hattiesburg and Mississippi Department of Archives and History, acknowledging the increased award amount of $285,200 for CHPG #2020-005.
4. Approve Maintenance Agreement between City of Hattiesburg and Doleac Electric Company, Inc., to provide generator maintenance professional services; and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
5. Approve a Sponsorship Agreement between the City of Hattiesburg and IMG College (Learfield) for advertising sponsorship in accordance with MS Code, 17-3-1, in an amount not to exceed $6,500.00; and authorize a manual check.
6. Approve an Agreement between the City of Hattiesburg and Powers of Mississippi to provide professional preventive maintenance and inspection services related to the building automation and controls system at the Hattiesburg Police Safety Complex; and authorize the Mayor to execute the same.
7. Approve and declare the purchase of Stalker Radar Systems for the Hattiesburg Police Department from Applied Concepts Inc. as a sole source purchase as provided for in Section 31-7-13(viii), of the Mississippi Code of 1972, based on information attached.
8. Declare the Archer 1200 Barrier System and related equipment to be a sole source procurement and approve the purchase in the amount of $129,785.18 pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 31-7-13(m)(viii), as amended.
9. Approve the City's purchase of (2) two grave spaces, located in Section 38, Lot 81, of the North East (NE1/4) Quarter at Highland Cemetery, in the amount of $350.00 from Ernie & Judy Pierce; and authorize manual check for the same.
10. Adopt a Resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) FY25 Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program to fund the purchase of a Pierce Saber Pumper for an estimated cost of $989,528.94 ($890,576.05 federal share and $98,952.89 local share).
11. Adopt an Ordinance authorizing a request for a zoning change from R-1C to A-2 for a property located on N Hattiesburg Ave. (PPIN 47150, Forrest County, Ward 5). The Hattiesburg Planning Commission recommended approval on June 3, 2026.
12. Adopt an Ordinance authorizing a request for a zoning change from R-1C to A-2 for a property located at 321 North Hattiesburg Ave. (PPIN 12337, Forrest County, Ward 5). The Hattiesburg Planning Commission recommended approval on June 3, 2026.
