1. Approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Grady Crawford Construction Co. for the East 2nd Street Area Infrastructure Improvements Project to adjust quantities to actuals and reduce the contract amount by $169,227.18 for a final contract amount of $2,155,555.82 and authorize the Mayor to execute in multiples; authorize the final acceptance, publication and closeout of the project; and authorize payments of the final pay applications.
2. Approve Supplemental Agreement No 1 with Grady Crawford Construction Co. for the West 7th Street Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project to adjust quantities to actuals and reduce the contract amount by $15,296.55 for a final contract amount of $3,765,228.95 and authorize the Mayor to execute in multiples; authorize the final acceptance, publication and closeout of the project; and authorize payments of the final pay applications.
3. Acknowledge bids received June 18, 2026, for the River Avenue Pedestrian Bridge project; accept the bid from Chris Albritton Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $544,672.50, and authorize Mayor to execute the contract upon preparation.
4. Acknowledge receipt of closing documents for the Front Street Parklet project; approve Change Order No. 1 to adjust estimated quantities to actual quantities and reduce contract amount by $14,958.00 and authorize the Mayor to execute it; approve payment of final pay application to Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland as surety for Colony Construction, LLC; Authorize publication of Notice of Final Settlement; and authorize final acceptance of the project.
5. Approve a Professional Service agreement between the City of Hattiesburg and Allen Engineering and Science Inc. for services related to MS4 Compliance and authorize the Mayor to execute in duplicate.
6. Approve Professional Services Agreement with Shows, Dearman and Waits, Inc. for engineering services related to the McLeod Street Bridge Repair Project and authorize the Mayor to execute in duplicate.
7. Acknowledge receipt of a letter received from the Department of Revenue granting ad valorem tax exemption to BP Rex Closures, LLC, for a period not to exceed nine (9) years, commencing December 31, 2025, with a true total value of $731,438.00; adopt the final order allowing the same.
8. Acknowledge receipt of a letter received from the Department of Revenue granting ad valorem tax exemption to Mississippi Tank Company, for a period not to exceed nine (9) years, commencing December 31, 2025, with a true total value of $167,533.00; adopt the final order allowing the same.
9. Acknowledge receipt of a letter received from the Department of Revenue granting ad valorem tax exemption to Wis-Pak of Hattiesburg,LLC, for a period not to exceed nine (9) years, commencing December 31, 2025, with a true total value of $1,129,372.00; adopt the final order allowing the same.
10. Acknowledge receipt of a letter received from the Department of Revenue granting ad valorem tax exemption to Resinall Corporation, for a period not to exceed nine (9) years, commencing December 31, 2025, with a true total value of $739,411.00; adopt the final order allowing the same.
11. Acknowledge receipt of a letter received from the Department of Revenue granting ad valorem tax exemption to Zeon Chemicals, L.P., for a period not to exceed nine (9) years, commencing December 31, 2025, with a true total value of $860,020.00; adopt the final order allowing the same.
12. Acknowledge receipt of a letter received from the Department of Revenue granting ad valorem tax exemption to Georgia Pacific Consumer Operations, for a period not to exceed nine (9) years, commencing December 31, 2025, with a true total value of $4,132,782.00; adopt the final order allowing the same.
