1. Approve Contract Change Order No. 1 with R & J Construction, for the Grace Ave Sidewalk Project for a contract increase of $17,770.00 and Authorize the Mayor to execute in duplicate.
2. Approve the Contract for Purchase and Sale of Real Property between Forrest County Industrial Park Commission and MMC Materials, INC., effective August 2026.
3. Approve Agreement between the City of Hattiesburg and Southern Pines Animal Shelter for management and services for a term beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and authorize the Mayor to execute.
4. Approve amended Professional Services Agreement with Shows, Dearman and Waits, Inc. for engineering services related to 2027 SRLF-Katie-John-Dabbs, Hattiesburg High PH II and East Jerusalem PH I and III Projects and authorize the Mayor to execute in duplicate.
5. Approve Agreement between the City of Hattiesburg and the Art Makes Art, Inc. (Abigail Allen) to provide art and theater outreach programming for the City of Hattiesburg and authorize the Mayor to execute and authorize issuance of manual check for the same.
6. Approve two-quote purchase to replace the roof of the employee clinic and authorize award of bid to Gable Roofing in the amount of $49,680.00.
7. Ratify submission of a grant application to the Leary Firefighters Foundation in the amount of $25,000 to purchase new radios for the Hattiesburg Fire Department. No match is required.
8. Approve an amendment to the City of Hattiesburg's Community Development Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan (RARAP) for the CDBG and HOME Programs.
9. Approve two-quote bid to replace roof at 601 East Pine Street building and authorize award of bid to Eddie Pearson Roofing, LLC, in the amount of $22,734.10.
10. Authorize the acceptance of th​​​​​e FY25 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award from the US Department of Justice in the amount of $25,595.00.
