1. Approve Task Force Agreement between the Hattiesburg Police Department and the United State Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (hereinafter "DEA") concerning the use and abuse of controlled substances and authorizing the Mayor or designee to execute the same.
2. Hold a Public Hearing on the adoption of the Motor Vehicle Assessment Schedule for the City of Hattiesburg, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2027.
3. Hold Public Hearing to determine if certain properties are in such a state of uncleanliness so as to be a menace to the health and safety of the community, according to the provision of MS Code 1972, Section 21-19-11.
