ORDER authorizing and approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Opioid Settlement Fund Advisory Council by and through the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office and Harrison County Board of Supervisors for funds from the Opioid Settlement Fund for the provision of supporting programs that treat, prevent, surveil, or reduce opioid use disorder or otherwise remediate the harmful effects of the opioid epidemic. Pursuant to the process established by the Council, and with the approval and appropriation by the Mississippi Legislature, the Council awards AWARDEE $1,900,000.00 for the express purpose of funding the Project as defined in the attached Proposal Narrative, and further authorizing the Board President to execute the same.
