Julia Richardson, Veteran Affairs, discussed plans for the Harrison County Veterans Service Office’s Stand the Watch, which will be held at the State Capitol in Jackson, Mississippi, on September 17, 2026. Mejia Gex Johnson will speak at Riemann Funeral Home prior to the group’s departure for the State Capitol. The group will then travel to Jackson to participate in Stand the Watch from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
