ORDER concurring with Resolution 07152026-01 of the Harrison County Development Commission authorizing and approving the sale of approximately 10.00 acres of real property, as more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” to Safe Structure Designs, LLC in accordance with the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit “B”; and requesting the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to concur in this Resolution and to join in the conveyance of said real property pursuant to the Special Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit “C”.
