ORDER authorizing the Board President to execute MOU between the Mississippi Office of Homeland Security, City of Long Beach, Long Beach Police Department and the Harrison County Board of Supervisors, Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, for the Operation Stonegarden Grant # S25LE024 awarded funds. These funds will be used to purchase an ALPR system that will help local law enforcement, federal, state and tribal jurisdictions by the sharing of and integrating intelligence communications.
