Sheriff Haley reported that 865 persons are currently housed in the Harrison County Jail Facilities. This number is comprised of 267 state inmates, 7 federal inmates, 84 inmates awaiting transfer to a state facility, 10 juveniles housed at the Adult Detention Center, and 14 juveniles housed at the Juvenile Detention Center, with 13 from Harrison County, and 1 from Hancock County.
