ORDER concurring with Resolution 05212026-04 of the Harrison County Development Commission authorizing and approving the sale of approximately 42.69 acres of real property, as more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” to Project Navigator Ltd. in accordance with the Real Estate Contract attached hereto as Exhibit “B”; and requesting the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to concur in this Resolution and to join in the conveyance of said real property pursuant to the Special Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit “C”.
