ORDER approving assumption of 30 street lights in the Highlands Subdivision, Phase 3 and 4, located in the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼, and the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 18, Township 6 South, Range 9 West, Supervisor's Voting District 1, First Judicial District, in accordance with the Harrison County Land Development Ordinance, as recommended by Jaclyn Turner, P.E., Harrison County Engineer. The final plat was accepted March 7, 2022 for Phase 4 and February 8, 2021 for Phase 3.
