ORDER concurring with Resolution 05212026-01 of the Harrison County Development Commission authorizing and approving the sale of approximately 0.50 acres of real property, as more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” to Stan Glover and Rita Glover in accordance with the Real Estate Purchase Offer attached hereto as Exhibit “B”; and requesting the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to concur in this Resolution and to join in the conveyance of said real property pursuant to the Special Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit “C”.
