Stephanie Lizana, discussed an incident which occurred on May 14, 2026 at 11:00 am, at Canal Road and Landon Road intersection. While stopped at the traffic signal, an object struck her vehicle. Ms. Lizana saw a Harrison County employee operating a riding mower cutting grass in the immediate area. Ms. Lizana stopped the employee and reported that an object had struck her vehicle and caused damage. The Board reviewed the information and documentation provided. The evidence does not establish sufficient grounds to hold Harrison County liable for the damages claimed. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER to deny the claim of Stephanie Lizana due to lack of evidence of the incident on Landon Road.
