ORDER concurring with Resolution 05212026-05 of the Harrison County Development Commission acknowledging that Seaway Business Center LLC, has properly fulfilled all requirements of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 27-31-105 for exemption from ad valorem taxes for a period of five years, at 100% percent, for expansion of its Multi-Business Industrial Complex, used in connection with, or necessary to, the operation of its enterprise in Harrison County, Mississippi; and so advising the Harrison County Board of Supervisors.
