The Board discussed the following items: a) Bobby Trosclair, County Administrator, reported on a letter he received from CTA regarding responsibilities associated with the use of Local Government Funding from Harrison County. Included in the letter were bills for payment previously approved by the Board during budget hearings for the Fixed Route and Sand Beach Route services, which are now due for payment. The Board also discussed the Senior Services Route and the development of a Memorandum of Understanding. Mr. Trosclair stated that he will report back to the Board once these matters have been further researched. b) Supervisor Cuevas asked everyone to observe a moment of silence on Memorial Day at 3:00 p.m.
