ORDER approving assumption of 29 street lights in the High Point Subdivision Phase 1B and 2, located in the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ Section 21, Township 6 South, Range 11 West, Supervisor's Voting District 5, First Judicial District, in accordance with the Harrison County Land Development Ordinance, as recommended by Jaclyn Turner, P.E., Harrison County Engineer. The final plats were accepted July 10, 2023 Phase 1B, and June 10, 2024 Phase 2.
