ORDER adjudicating and approving the West Harrison Water and Sewer District’s request to temporarily use one of Harrison County’s ¾ Ton Trucks due to unforeseen circumstances involving the District’s fleet until such time as the replacement vehicle ordered by the District is received. The District shall incur all costs associated with the use of said vehicle including insurance, maintenance and repair costs.
