ORDER concurring with Resolution 04152026-01 of the Harrison County Development Commission acknowledging that Toro Energy of Mississippi, LLC has properly fulfilled all requirements of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 27-31-105 for exemption from ad valorem taxes for expansion of its Renewable Natural Gas Facility, used in connection with, or necessary to, the operation of its enterprise in Harrison County, Mississippi; and so advising the Harrison County Board of Supervisors.
