ORDER authorizing and approving the request of Circuit Clerk, Justin Wetzel, for the Board of Supervisors to allocate funds in excess of the statutory salary cap for calendar year 2025, in accordance with Miss. Code Ann. § 9-1-43 (2023), as set forth below: a) $10,993.67, payable toward the employer contribution amount due, as reflected in the Circuit Clerk’s 2025 Annual Financial Report submitted to the Public Employees’ Retirement System of Mississippi (PERS). b) $81,434.72, payable towards replacing flooring, painting, replacing ceiling tiles, grid and lights, for the Circuit Clerk office in the Gulfport Courthouse.
