The Board discussed the following items: a) Supervisor Barrett noted that grant funding was received for multiple projects, including 3.5 million for the Sheriff's Department and 5.5 million for Mississippi Coast Coliseum. b) Sheriff Haley noted grant funds were received and would be used for Phase II, expansion of the driving range. Sheriff also noted he is involved with MEGA and was appointed Chairman of the Board.
